We mostly have TiB share users but our min share is still 100 Gib. We also support all other private hub owners to aide with bringing more 'trusted' users to their hubs. Anyone requesting registration will be share checked before you even step foot in our hub to help protect our other users from unwanted individuals. Our community is friendly and helpful.

Edit this was an open hub but address and hub name has been changed and is now a Private Hub Smile

We try to keep it fair on our hub and offer help when ever we can and we dont kick/ban for dumb reasons Wink

BTW its only been a DVD hub for a short period of time, it used to be a horror hub but it seemed that i had most of the horror there was and decided that it would be nice to see more DVD's shared.

I'd like to join, but I currently live in the USA, can't share no DVDs... I share foreign movies and the like... stuff I cant be persecuted for. I got 30GB of Manga (japanese commics, in jpeg format, maximum compressed in rars, thats tens of thosands of pages probably), and other stuff which I share, that hasnt been licensed in the USA and thus I will not get sued for. (I already receievd warnings for sharing stuff I am not supposed to before...)

Sharing anything copyrighted is illegal, dude. You can get persecuted just as easily for sharing mangas and forign movies (yeah it's a bit more of a nusance for the forign compamy would have to give a damn). So if you are scared of getting sued, simply stop using p2p or put up with the risk like everyone else does.

As I was saying, unless they have made a deal with a local company or opened a local branch, they are only able to appeal to their local legal system, which has no juristiction in another nation.
Some DO make deals with local companies or open a local branch.. and those are then identified as such by the community and no longer shared. However, most dont even KNOW or CARE whats going on on the other side of the globe. (they might if they knew though Razz

)

As I said, loopholes in international law.

And actually, share that kind of stuff helps, it builds market share.

im the owner of (==O====RAW=DVD====O==) and you can share movies of any language but we do prefer them to be compressed DVD's for easier downloading Smile

just remember, they cant prosicute everyone because there are 100's of millions sharing illegal files all over the world. the more that share the harder it is for them to stop it Wink

anyway the movie and music companys make more than enough, their always boasting about how much each movie made in the 1st week of release Wink

look at how much the dumb actors get payed just for showing their heads on the camera? dam, i'd do it for nothing Very Happy

Actually they can persecute you for sharing in the USA and a few other locations. They WILL sue you for 5000 for sharing MP3s in the usa. Be careful.

But if you don't live in the "land of the free" then you are rather safe.

you're right for the most part, taltamir, with one adendum. it's $5000 per license violation. so theoreticaly they cold fine you once for each copyrighted file they manage to download off of you Shocked

ruler's right tho, they cant get everyone..and chances are the ones tehy get wont be you. Realy i dont care either way. if they catch me they aren't going to get anything...i'm prety much broke Smile
